• Silvia was born and raised in Maceio, Brazil.  After high school she moved to Mobile, Alabama in May 1982 where she studied English as a second language at Spring Hill College. Silvia studied and graduated from the University of South Alabama in 1988 with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and International Business and a minor in Spanish.  She worked for 13 years in International Sales/Marketing in the Latin American Market.

  In 2004, Silvia obtained her Real Estate License and since that time has been working with buyers, sellers and landlords in Baldwin and Mobile counties of Alabama.  She has received several awards for top producer.  She went on to successfully obtain her Brokers license.

  In January 2020 she decided to open her own real estate brokerage providing full services, including property management.

• With her commitment and desire for higher standards in the real estate industry she acquired her instructors license and is an active member of the education and grievance committees for the Mobile Area Association of Realtors.  

  Silvia continues to build her business with her impeccable standards and reputation.
